What's on the Menu
Appetizers
Warm lollypop spring lamb chops with sauteed rosemary, garlic, and olive oil.
Ricotta, roasted red pepper, and mushroom frittata with tomato and basil salsa.
Poached prawns with Louisiana cocktail sauce.
Entrees
Chicken
Oven roasted chicken breast filled with spinach and ricotta cheese, wild mushroom risotto, sauteed zucchini and squash, topped with Mediterranean tomato salsa.
Sea Bass
Oven roasted sea bass fillet, wild rice pilaf, steamed asparagus, topped with cilantro lime and chipotle chili aioli.
Attire
Formal attire please. For example, ladies should wear a cocktail dress or equivalent, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or equivalent.

Transportation
Flights
For those of you coming from the East Coast, we recommend flying JetBlue. It's the flight we take when visiting Hannah's parents and making wedding preparations, and prefer it over all the other options. Flight 161 direct from JFK to SMF leaves around 7:30am EST and arrives around 11:15am PST, and Flight 162 direct from SMF to JFK leaves around 11:45pm PST and arrives around 7:30am EST.
from the airport
Auburn is about an hour away from the Sacramento airport. If you don't have arrangements to be picked up, we recommend renting a car at the airport. You won't have to drive to the wedding, but you might want to get out and explore more of northern California while you're in town.
Driving to the ceremony
We will be providing a shuttle from the Auburn Holiday Inn to the Monte Verde Inn before the Ceremony and returning after the Reception. There's also a local taxi company that has come highly recommended to us, Express Taxi, who can be reached at (530) 333-4444.
The Area
Auburn is located along Route 49 (yes, the one famous for the 1849 Gold Rush and Colin Kaepernick), here are a few notable attractions for while you're in town.
